Larisa Simington holds the doctorate in piano performance and literature from the Eastman School of Music of the University of Rochester, New York. She received her master’s in music from the University of Toronto and her undergraduate degree from the Gh. Dima Conservatory in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. At the University of Toronto, she was the Alberto Guerrero scholar, and at the Eastman School, she taught for four years in the music theory department. Dr. Simington is currently on the faculty of Concordia University. |
