Fall Open House

Looking for some musical fun this fall? Join us for the Faber Piano Institute’s open house on Saturday, September 19! We’ll play music games, make crafts, and learn to play a tune on the keyboard.

This free event is for young learners ages 5-6 who are curious about the keyboard. Older siblings are welcome, too! Attendees have the opportunity to consider regular lessons or classes at the Institute.

We are excited to host this open house from 10am-12pm! Activities will be geared towards 5 and 6 year-old children and elementary-level learners. We welcome all levels of musical experience! ~ Reminders & updates will be sent by email.

About Adult Group Piano Classes
This starting class for beginners is taught by Dr. Veena Kulkarni- Rankin, Lead Instructor. Using the Adult Piano Adventures Book 1 as our core curriculum, students will learn to navigate the piano keyboard, learn to read music at their own pace, play by ear, and explore repertoire of their choice. Held in the Faber Piano Institute’s piano lab, each class will have up to 6 students, who will have their own electric piano and headphones.
Cost: $55 per student for each class.
Time: Each class meets once per week for 60-75 minutes.

Private Lessons

Private piano lessons are the hallmark of the Faber Piano Institute. Highly qualified, enthusiastic instructors guide each student through customized music training.

Instruction at the institute is based on the Piano Adventures® method, developed and written by Nancy and Randall Faber. This successful piano method emphasizes discovery and creativity while building a strong technical foundation for musical expression.

The Piano Adventures® curriculum includes a wide variety of music styles – classical, pop, jazz and folk. In addition, the wide variety of material in the PreTime® to BigTime® Supplemental Library is used to tailor lessons to each student’s interest.
